Epping, NH Scrabble® Club

This club is included on this web site since it is relatively close to the Boston, MA metropolitan area. This is one of the only four active clubs of which I am aware in the state of New Hampshire. The others are the Exeter Club #587 and these two clubs which meet in Manchester: Club #331 and Club #510.

The Epping Scrabble Club meets on Wednesdays starting at 11 a.m. and Thursdays starting at 6:30 p.m. Amanda, the library director, is currently the caretaker of the club, and she can be reached at 603-679-5944 or library@TownOfEpping.com. This club has been meeting since July of 2006. There are no dues. Meetings will not occur if the library is closed (see the library website). Food may be eaten during meetings, but it's a library, so please be respectful.

Wednesday meetings have had very low attendance recently, so if you are coming make sure to show up at the start time of 11 a.m.

Duration of meetings varies upon attendance, but not upon the closing time of the library, so Thursday evenings may go later than the 8 p.m. closing time.

Directions

The Harvey Mitchell Memorial Library is located at 151 Main Street in Epping, New Hampshire.

• From Route 101, take Exit 7. Head North off the exit towards Epping.
  
  
• At the second set of lights, take a left onto Route 27 West.
  
  
• At the blinking light, take a right onto Main Street. The library is 1/4 mile or less, on the right hand side, just South of the Town Hall.
